By using Educator Feedback Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Educator Feedback Studio provides language support tools to help educators rewrite written feedback in a more supportive, clear, and actionable manner. The add-on is intended as an assistive tool and does not replace professional judgment.
You agree to use Educator Feedback Studio only for lawful educational purposes and in compliance with applicable school, district, and institutional policies.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While efforts are made to promote respectful and inclusive language, the accuracy and appropriateness of generated feedback remains the responsibility of the user.
Users are responsible for reviewing all rewritten feedback before sharing it with students or families. Educator Feedback Studio does not assume responsibility for how the output is used.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Educator Feedback Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the add-on.
The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the add-on constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
